  • Community Supported Agriculture is built on a simple idea. Members commit to the farm before the season begins, and the farm commits to feeding those members throughout the growing season.

Our CSA follows the model established by SIW and is grown from the same land and fields. We aim to stay as close as possible to that system while creating a program that fits our farm and our community today. This is a shared relationship, not a subscription box, and we value transparency and communication above all.

  • We grow a wide variety of fruits and vegetables using practical, responsible farming methods.

Some crops are grown without any man-made chemicals. Others require treatment due to insects or disease. When intervention is necessary, we use Integrated Pest Management, a system that focuses on observation, thresholds, and minimal treatment. This approach reduces overall chemical use and prioritizes the health of the crops, soil, and surrounding environment.

Farming always involves risk. Weather, pests, and timing all affect what is harvested. CSA members share in those realities along with the rewards of a strong growing season.

  • CSA members receive a share of what is harvested each week throughout the season.

Full Share members pick up weekly
Half Share members pick up every other week

Harvest typically begins with a small selection in mid to late June. July through early October is the heart of the season. Availability tapers off in October, with pumpkins and fall decorations continuing later into the season.

CSA items are produce only. Preserved and specialty items are not included, but members receive a discount on those products.

  • Each week we post a clearly labeled list showing what each member is entitled to receive.

Members may pick up on any day of the week. Weekday visits are encouraged to avoid busy weekends.

Please follow the posted quantities. This system relies on fairness so that every member receives their share. If an item listed is not available at the stand, please let us know and we will help you.

Most produce is harvested the same day it is sold.

  • We encourage questions. If something is unclear, missing, or confusing, please ask. We are building this CSA carefully and value input from our members as the season progresses.
